30-DAY RETURN POLICY​
If within the first 30 days of receiving your order you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to complete your order. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be returned in good condition. If items have been damaged or heavily used a restock fee of $150 (per machine) may be applied. To initiate a return please contact us to request a return authorization form. Refund payments make take up to 30 days.

1-YEAR UNLIMITED WARRANTY

If within the first twelve months of ownership your MaxBlaster discontinues operating for any reason we will repair or replace it free. Customer is responsible for return shipping. The 1-year unlimited warranty covers all components including the transformer, internal fan, internal wiring, and generator "plate" pack.

5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
​
If within five years of ownership your MaxBlaster discontinues operating due to the transformer failing, we will repair or replace it for free. Customer is responsible for return shipping. The 5-year limited warranty does not apply to the generator "plate" packs. Plate packs are warrantied for 1-year only.

10-YEAR SERVICE GUARANTEE​
Our ozone generators come with a 10-year "serviceability" guarantee. We guarantee the ability to keep your ozone machine(s) fully operational for at least ten years by offering replacement parts, self-service, full-service, and/or comprehensive refurbishment. The transformer in our machine is fully warrantied for five years.

LIFETIME TRADE-IN CREDIT
You can trade-in and upgrade your current MaxBlaster ozone machine at any time and receive a credit based on age/condition. Ideal for commercial businesses that use our machines in very harsh conditions. On average, you may receive a credit between 20% - 50% towards a new machine. Contact us to begin the process.
